Voila! My spring/Easter decorations. I should have posted this picture forever ago, but I got busy with other projects. I like to reuse things, so I just decided to keep the green tablecloth from St. Patty's Day, and use the same wood blocks but just mod-podge the tulips on the back of them. :) The basket of eggs will come down now that Easter is over, but the rest of the decor is good until the end of Spring.
I was at Robert's the other day, and I saw a cute calendar that looked something similar to this, with the blocks for the months and the numbers. Well, with Patrick's help (actually, he should get MOST of the credit for doing this project, because he did all the wood cutting), this is how it turned out. A little mod-podge and some paint, and it turned out pretty cute.
You guys are so creative. See, I would've bought the thing instead of thinking "I could make this." I guess that is just my being a by-product of advertising.
